Standard models are usually available within 7-20 working days after order confirmation. Customized machines may take 20-45 days. We can provide a confirmed schedule based on your specific requirements. 

3. What payment terms do you accept?
We typically accept T/T (bank transfer), other arrangements can be discussed. Standard payment schedule is 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. 

4. What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a standard 12-month warranty. Spare parts are stocked for all models, even after the warranty period. 

5. What spare parts should I keep in stock?

We provide a recommended spare parts list with each machine, typically including heating elements, belts, springs, sensors, and common electronic components. This helps you avoid unexpected downtime.
